The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing administrative teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and manage administrative teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Office Management: Oversee office administration, including budgeting, payroll, and resource allocation.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- ERP Management: Manage ERP software to optimize office efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in administration, office management, or supervisory roles.
- Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making ability, and organizational and time management skills.
Certifications (Optional but Valuable):
- Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2 certifications.
- HR Certifications: SHRM, CIPD, etc.
- Office Administration: Office Administration courses/diplomas.
