Key Managerial Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing administrative teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage administrative teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Office Management: Oversee office administration, including budgeting, payroll, and resource allocation.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • ERP Management: Manage ERP software to optimize office efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in administration, office management, or supervisory roles.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making ability, and organizational and time management skills.

Certifications (Optional but Valuable):
  • Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2 certifications.
  • HR Certifications: SHRM, CIPD, etc.
  • Office Administration: Office Administration courses/diplomas.
