This position requires the expertise to support development and execution of strategies and plans for impact, to support our growth ambitions cross SMB, Enterprise and Education. Through a good understanding of the business and education market, channel and customer landscapes, this role will support strategic initiatives to grow the business cross all countries in South Asia. An important contribution will be through providing critical business performance reporting and analytics, as well as lead the governance and planning processes cross countries to equip the team and leadership with deep insights of business performance and market developments. In this role you will be a critical part of the South Asia regional team for business and education markets. You will work closely with worldwide and regional leadership, country teams to identify strategic initiatives, build impactful plan, and oversee progress and business performance.

Description

Analyze the market. Leverage market data, research, and industry trends to identify growth levers, opportunities, risks, and challenges across countries in the region. Provide strategic insights to accelerate growth within the Small Business, Enterprise, and Education segments. Create impactful plans. Develop and execute strategic plans and operational processes in close collaboration with regional and country teams, as well as strategy and business planning teams at both regional and worldwide levels, with the aim to accelerate growth and business performance. Secure execution excellence. Establish and lead effective governance, business performance cadences, and planning structures that provide clear visibility into key performance drivers and required actions. This includes building robust pipeline and forecast management processes and accountability frameworks. Monitor progress. Design, implement and provide performance management tools and reporting to support regional and country teams. Deliver actionable reports, insights, templates, and analysis that enable data-driven decision-making for Small Business, Enterprise, and Education channels. Drive change and innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and worldwide teams-including Sales Business Management, Sales Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and AppleCare-to identify and execute new ways to optimize business results, scale impact, and innovate across the ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate/post graduate degree.
  • At least 5 years of proven relevant experience
  • Experience working within a global matrix organization that requires an ability to advocate and influence outcomes.
  • Strong commercial, financial and analytical acumen.
  • Proficiency in English to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills with the ability to identify critical issues, evaluate strategic options, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience driving planning, execution and performance tracking across diverse markets.
  • Advanced business planning capabilities, including experience designing and executing innovative, commercially driven sales strategies and operational processes including business case development to support strategic investments.
  • Skilled in driving business tithes trough forecasting, pipeline reviews and performance tracking across planning cycles.
  • Good understanding of business channel structures, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics-paired with the ability to identify and act on new growth opportunities.
  • Proven ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams, including diverse stakeholders across geographies and functions, to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience delivering compelling presentations and insights to senior-level executives.
  • Relevant work experience in strategy consulting or business development is preferred
    Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
