Media Sales Manager (Based in Singapore)WeLoveSuperMom, a fast-growing and dynamic marketplace and community platform, has a mission to enable parents and families to live better and smarter in Southeast Asia. Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and growing fast in Indonesia and Malaysia, we are looking for self-driven, innovative, and collaborative media sales leader to help drive this growth story. We are looking for an experienced Media Sales Manager to drive sales and brand partnerships in SEA. You will lead and manage both client and agency relationships to deliver profitable revenue growth through solution sales. As a successful Media Sales Manager, you are a true "hunter" type with a tremendous amount of motivation and commitment to produce results. As a senior sales leader, you recognise the importance of driving revenue and profitability and have a unique capability to create sales solutions that do both. Responsibilities Leverage your existing customer network to pitch and close innovative customer solutions from Supermom's array of products for insights, brand building, content marketing, and demand generation Engage in thorough understanding of the digital media and content marketing landscape including video, mobile, social, display, programmatic and experiential Sell digital and custom content with a proven track record Be results-oriented and self-driven Conceptualize and deliver creative integrated solutions Maintain a phone-first mentality with a proactive approach Drive action with deadlines and lead a team of sales personnel to achieve targets and 2x deal sizes Qualifications At least 6-8+ years of sales experience Proven track record in identifying new opportunities and closing deals with a solution-based approach for clients, agencies and partners Strong understanding of digital advertising; experience with video, mobile, social, display, programmatic and experiential is a plus Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with senior decision-makers Ability to measure performance with relevant KPIs Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Infusionsoft is a bonus Benefits Robust compensation package: Base-plus-commissions Bonus plans based on individual, team and/or campaign deliveries Comprehensive ongoing training and professional development career path programs Director-led coaching and personalized training Work hard, play hard office culture with a diverse and inclusive team This is a full-time role based in Singapore.
