Reson8 Asia is seeking a dynamic and visionary full-time TikTok Strategist to join our team We are looking for someone who lives and breathes innovation, with a minimum of 3-5 years' mastery in video content production, specializing in TikTok. This role is based in Singapore, with potential collaboration with our teams in Thailand and Indonesia.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in video production, editing, social media (especially short-form platforms), and digital trends. You should thrive under pressure, resolve challenges diplomatically, and craft engaging content across diverse subjects to propel us to the forefront of TikTok marketing.
Responsibilities
Support Reson8 marketing and client projects focusing on TikTok.
Create and curate engaging TikTok content, including videos, captions, and hashtags.
Plan, strategize, and schedule content to ensure consistent posting aligned with our content strategy.
Stay updated with TikTok trends, challenges, and hashtags, and incorporate them into content creation.
Monitor and analyze TikTok content performance using TikTok analytics tools.
Keep informed about TikTok platform updates, features, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align TikTok efforts with brand strategies.
Identify and manage TikTok influencers and content creators for projects.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in social media and content creation.
Deep understanding of TikTok platform, trends, and content formats.
Proficiency in filming on mobile devices; DSLR experience is a plus; skilled in editing using TikTok, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro.
Positive, proactive, collaborative team player.
Based in Singapore.
Salary up to SGD5,000, negotiable based on experience.
