**About the team**

The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of products.

**What you will be doing**:
1. Responsible for the short video creative strategy work of global products, formulate creative strategy, resource management, landing process and other directions to build a good content ecosystem for products;
2. Responsible for the key goals of user growth, budget management, top-performing ratio and quantity efficiency brought about by each creative strategy, and can provide innovative ideas and solutions from TikTok trend perspective;
3. Able to define and generate top-performing & viral topics or trends of content, and understand TikTok's user behaviour;
4. Able to find and solve problems from data and details, provide objective management and regularly review and optimize strategies according to goals;

**Qualifications
**What you should have**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with global background, 3-5 years of work experience in global content strategy/project management/user growth direction/data-driven, a strong perception of details

2. A good understanding of creative strategy, advertising performance, content production, TikTok UGC/PGC/PUGC style, and user analysis;
3. Plus for short-formed video production or content programming experience;
4. Strong logic, courage to innovate projects and face challenges, and have good communication skills, project collaboration skills in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments;
5. Have unique insights on global creative methodology and social media advertisement, preferably with successful cases;
6. Adapt at interfacing with leaders and influencing with data and insights;
7. Embrace changes and challenges with an open mind;
