Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor, also known as a Guest Experience Supervisor, located in Chip Bee Gardens, Singapore. The Guest Experience Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer hospitality, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams;
Hospitality and Guest Satisfaction focus;
Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry standards;
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
