The Associate Creative Director (Visual/Art) articulates and champions the key values underpinning the strategic and creative execution of client accounts. He/She is the consummate professional, a strong communicator, and has a deep understanding of design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication. This role reports to the Chief Creative Officer.
What you’ll do
In charge of creating creative ideas, campaigns and executions that question the status quo - big bold ideas is what we look for
Supports the Chief Creative Officer in setting the company vision for creative excellence and collaborative engagement with clients and internal project teams
Credibly challenge assumptions and thinking to ensure best possible creative solutions
Develop alternative and out of the box ideas to briefs/issues
Ensure quality creative output by maintaining and enhancing creative standards and processes
Oversee and support the team through all stages of design and development, lead, guide and motivate till end delivery
Plays a lead role in the agency's relationship with clients, including presentation of creative strategies and proposals, convince and inspire clients
Able to support pitches and sales efforts
Demonstrates deep understanding of design trends, marketing principals, cultural issues, technologies and opportunities in online communication
Constantly updating creative credentials and lead award submission.
