Job Description - Analyst, Automation Test Engineer, EASRE, Technology & Operations (WD71064)
Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's application testing solutions and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
JIRA and Zephyr integration with multiple Test Automation frameworks.
Production L2 Operation and Support for in-house vendor testing tool; including maintenance and upgrade.
Resolve all testing-related issues raised by different application teams.
Develop and maintain Zephyr Import utility for bulk test cases upload/update.
Develop and maintain Jenkins pipeline for test execution.
Evaluate and adopt NextGen Test solution to ease testing team journey.
Work on adoption drive for NextGen Testing solution inside department and to other departments.
Support Performance Testing and Functional Testing related queries and application maintenance.
Ensure all support tickets meet SLA.
Provide training to new joiners in the team.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Automation Testing.
Working experience in JIRA, Zephyr, and Zephyr API to integrate with any framework.
Good working experience in JAVA, Cucumber, and Selenium.
Working experience on BitBucket, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
Good knowledge of OpenText UFT, LoadRunner, and VBScript.
Working experience on macros and VBA.
Ability to write Jenkins pipelines.
Team player who can handle work independently when needed and has a positive mental attitude.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
