**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize 2-3years of experience in testing, focusing on creating test scripts and test data.
- Demonstrate 2 - 3 years of expertise in test automation, with proficiency in tools like Test Complete or equivalent.
- Execute testing activities across onsite and offshore environments, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and implement effective testing strategies.
- Analyze test results and provide clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of test cases, scripts, and procedures for future reference.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
- Experience with creating and executing test scripts, as well as managing test data.
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools, particularly TestComplete or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Prior experience in onsite and offshore project execution is preferred.
