Job Title Technical Lead / Engineering Manager – Digital Transformation Responsibilities Own development of the product build, leveraging technical expertise in the programming language relevant to the project. Contribute to the product roadmap and strategic choices, estimating effort and guiding the product owner. Attend team stand‐ups, sprint planning, retros, and actively participate. Plan sprint sessions, ensuring the engineering team has clear work. Lead solution designs for the product, including complex technical edge‐cases. Collaborate and coordinate with technical experts and cross‐functional teams across the organization. Review pull requests, guide and mentor engineers on the team. Experience and Qualifications 10+ years of relevant industry experience and at least three years performing technical lead duties. Proficient in at least one of NodeJS, ReactJS, Java or Python programming languages. Proficient in Azure cloud, DevSecOps & Terraform. Proficient in at least one testing framework. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
