Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Specialist to bridge the gap between our company's portfolio offerings and clinicians. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at learning and adapting to new digital dentistry tools, has a deep understanding of dental implantology (both surgical and restorative), and is committed to becoming a subject matter expert in all represented areas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing value, achieving win-win outcomes, and fostering strong relationships with dental clinics. This candidate will report to the Head of Commercial, SG or may be considered for a team lead role, depending on the relevancy of the candidate's professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue performance of an assigned territory:
As an individual contributor, meet/exceed revenue targets monthly. Rationalize reasons for performance growth or challenges faced by clinicians.
Subject Matter Expert in Dental Implantology Portfolio:
Understand, explain, and demonstrate the surgical and restorative procedures of dental implantology to clinicians. Continuous learning is essential.
Subject Matter Expert in Digital Dentistry Tools and Enablers Portfolio:
Understand, explain, and demonstrate technical aspects of digital dentistry tools. Ongoing learning is required.
Customer Negotiation:
Engage with customers to promote and facilitate adoption of our digital dentistry and implant portfolio.
Training Programs:
Design and execute training programs to strengthen relationships with dental clinics; participate in weekend trade shows.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with dental clinics to ensure clinical success in the territory.
Accountability and Initiative:
Demonstrate accountability and initiative in all tasks.
Requirements
Diploma/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the dental industry, preferably in implantology and/or digital dentistry
Proven record in customer relationship management and training development
Experience in negotiation and influencing decisions
Fresh graduates with drive and a commercial mindset are welcome
Class 3 driving license and own vehicle
