In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delighting our existing membership base, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and active engagement. You will lead initiatives to recruit Platinum-level and above members, develop innovative membership programs, and organize events that enhance the overall member experience.Role and Responsibilities: KPI - Membership Management - Engage, Delight, Retain Engage, Delight, Retain within existing membership Build member referrals within existing membership Drive sales streams across revenue/product buckets Initiate new benefits/products for current membership base Build, manage and upskill membership and ops team and budgets Manage all front-facing PCS membership benefits and all membership events across all locations Assist management in implementing business initiatives Monthly management reports - member engagement insights, recruitment and attrition rates, ROI on Partnerships KPI - Development - Support Recruitment Initiatives Drive new Platinum and above new membership sales Co-build recruitment strategies with team across all prospect opportunities Co-manage recruitment events in Clubhouse for optimal recruitment results Driving recruitment opportunities through current membership base Co-manage, co-curate and execute marketing and activation campaigns (automated and tactical) to achieve member recruitment and retention objectives. Customer Relationship Management System management team Assist in User Interface and User experience optimization of website Main KPIs Number of newly recruited Plat members per month Sales attribution per month Brand and company level personal contributions
