Corporate Planning, Assistant Manager ( Civil Background )
Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
Salary is $5,000 - $6,500 + Variable Bonus ( No AWS )
Overview
This role contributes to Company operations and the education system for technical staff, focusing on safety & health, quality, environmental, and delivery management processes for construction projects.
Responsibilities
Assist the Manager and General Manager in providing support on management of the company action plan items and participate in regional education systems, training content creation, and training program coordination.
Act as main organizer for Company Awards Ceremony and regional events such as cross-country site visits.
Serve as Corporate Administrator for Microsoft SharePoint Platform Management and lead the Digital Transformation Working Group.
Assist in MS PowerPoint deck preparation when required.
Make business trips to other countries as required (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India).
Assist in innovation and participate in the review of corporate policies and procedures.
Communicate and liaise with relevant members to ensure all communications are undertaken.
Experience and Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate planning in building construction and construction activities, including coordination roles.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
To assist Manager and General Manager of Corporate Planning Group.
To manage, review and monitor the Company Action Plan as Corporate Coordinator.
To organize the Company Awards Ceremony and regional events such as cross-country site visits.
To act as Corporate Administrator for Microsoft SharePoint Platform Management.
To lead the Digital Transformation Working Group in the Group.
To assist in any MS PowerPoint presentation deck preparation, when required.
To support business trips to other countries as needed for business purposes.
To assist in innovation and participating in the review of corporate policies and procedures.
To communicate and liaise with relevant members to ensure all communications are undertaken.
