Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Planning Assistant Manager to support our team in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate planning, with expertise in managing action plans, coordinating training programs, and leading digital transformation initiatives.

This is a challenging role that requires high levels of expertise, knowledge, and experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager and General Manager of the Corporate Planning Group, managing company action plans, and reviewing and monitoring action plans as a corporate coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager and General Manager of the Corporate Planning Group
  • Manage Company Action Plan, review and monitor Action Plan as Corporate Coordinator
  • Manage Group educational system, training programs, training materials, content creations etc.
  • Organize Company Awards Ceremony and Regional Events such as cross-country physical site visit etc.
  • Be Corporate Administrator for Microsoft SharePoint Platform Management
  • Lead Digital Transformation Working Group in Group
  • Prepare MS Power Point presentation deck when required
  • Participate in business trips to other countries for business purpose
  • Assist in innovation and participating in review of corporate policies and procedures
  • Communicate and liaise with relevant members to ensure all communications are undertaken

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience corporate planning in building construction & construction activities including coordination roles
