Loan Syndication - Origination (Corporate Banking)

Job Details
  • Collaborate with Corporate RMs to originate syndication deals.
  • Support in pitching for MLAB for syndication deals in regional markets, including presenting and preparing pitch materials.
  • Prepare credit applications, assess financials, and support negotiations on deal terms and structuring.
  • Maintain documentation and follow through on deal processes.
  • Partner with the distribution team throughout syndication.
  • Network with other banks and clients to increase deal volume.
  • Conduct industry and market research to identify opportunities.
Team and Management

Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll be part of a dynamic team with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate banking and syndication.
  • Strong credit analysis skills.
