**Main Responsibilities and duties of the role**

To provide support for the Loan Syndicate and Distribution team in Singapore

**Job Description**:

- Dealing with various internal reporting requirements (sharepoint, underwriting report) and other admin matters including fee claims and filing.
- Drafting of loan syn opinions, liquidity analysis, closing memos based on guidance from senior members of the team.
- Drafting of trade documents related to secondary deals.
- Interface with investors and various internal teams with respect to KYC clearance and settlements.
- Handling Q&A with banks and investors during syndication processes.
- Assisting with marketing efforts including roadshow preparations and coordination.
- Drafting of monthly market update.
- General support in the execution and distribution of all syndicated loan facilities in the Asia Pacific region.
- Other general research & analysis on the syndicated loan market including deal research and compilation of transaction comparison analysis.

**Requirements**:

- _ University degree from Economics/Commerce/Accounting majors_
- _ Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment_
- _ Proficient in English (strong in reading, spoken and writing)_
- _ Possess strong fundamental knowledge in finance and accounting eg. ideally have already achieved Level 1 & 2 CFA or equivalent_
- _ Prior fundamental knowledge and working experience in debt financing, credit analysis, credit research, structuring, prospectus/pitch book writing/presentation_
- _ Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Bloomberg, Reuters_
- _ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people across various functions_
