Responsibilities
Identify prospective tenants to market and conduct viewing with them, and deal with any follow-ups with prospects.
Develop, plan, implement and monitor the execution of the marketing related activities to ensure set targets are achieved.
Develop new and repeated business opportunities via building long-term customer relationships and providing a high level of service.
Lead negotiations for new leases and oversee preparation of Lease Documentations and Approval Status.
Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space and provide up-to-date property and market advice and guidance to customers.
Handle the Marketing Collaterals.
Assist with customers' enquiries and feedback via phone, email, and walk-in enquiries.
Build networking channels with tenants and agents.
Requirements
Experience in business parks / high-specs / light industrial assets highly preferred.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing (preferably in industrial assets) is required for this position.
Friendly and pleasant personality.
Positive mindset and attitude when driving through leasing activity.
Flexible, resourceful and proactive individual who is able to produce results.
A great communicator who is able to work with a diverse tenant mix and various stakeholders.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
