Premiere Dental is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist with a strong background in dental billing to become a valuable member of our team. Located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, our main office is seeking a candidate who can work on a full-time basis in person, as remote work is not an option.Our company, Premiere Dental, is a respected provider of Dental care services committed to enhancing revenue cycles for dental practices. Our core values include accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction, creating a supportive and collaborative work environment for our team members.As a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist at Premiere Dental, your key responsibilities will include:- Conducting Insurance Verification by clearly and concisely communicating benefit details to dental office staff and patients, identifying potential issues with insurance coverage, and providing necessary advice.- Managing Insurance Accounts Receivable (AR) by proactively resolving outstanding insurance accounts receivable through claim status checks, appeals, and re-submissions, while maintaining detailed records of follow-up activities and claim statuses.- Handling Dentrix Platform Management by ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient and insurance records within the Dentrix system, utilizing Dentrix functionalities effectively for all RCM aspects, including reporting and claim submission.- Ensuring Compliance & Communication by adhering to all HIPAA regulations and compliance standards related to patient privacy and data security, collaborating with RCM team members and dental practice staff to optimize revenue cycle processes and deliver excellent customer service.To qualify for this position, you should have:- A minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in dental revenue cycle management or medical billing, with a strong emphasis on dental.- Proven expertise and proficiency with the Dentrix platform system.- An in-depth understanding of dental insurance processes, terminology, and CDT (Current Dental Terminology) codes.- Exceptional attention to detail, high accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.If you are excited about this opportunity, please send your CV to hidden_email is a full-time job, and the work location is in person.We look forward to welcoming a dedicated and skilled RCM Specialist to our team at Premiere Dental.,
