- Maintain and update product catalogs to ensure up-to-date information is available to customers.
- Support daily logistics operations, including packing, restocking, delivering, and maintaining goods status/records.
- Monitor and maintain website accounts, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
