Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the mall's facilities and building systems. Conduct regular inspections of common areas, M&E systems, and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works with contractors and service providers. Respond to tenants' requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements. Assist in managing service contracts, maintenance schedules, and vendor performance. Support the Facilities Manager in preparing reports, maintenance records, and documentation. Oversee minor repair works, renovation activities, and mall improvement projects. Assist in emergency response procedures and incident management when required. Qualifications: Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance, preferably in a shopping mall or commercial building. Basic knowledge of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection). Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
