Mandatory Skill-set Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; Must have 10+ years of experience in product management or consulting, with a strong track record leading complex product initiatives in enterprise or tech environments; Must have strong product strategy and execution experience, including roadmaps, discovery, and delivery; Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery; Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; able to engage confidently with senior leadership; Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to create measurable impact in high-scale spaces. Desired Skill-set Experience in platform, backend, or data products; Strong mentoring and coaching skills; Exposure to large-scale or regulated environments. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product engagements, guiding clients from problem definition to execution and delivery; Define product vision, roadmap, and implementation plans for complex initiatives; Align product solutions with strategic objectives, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility; Serve as a trusted product advisor to stakeholders on complex product and technology challenges; Promote adoption of product and engineering best practices that support scalable and sustainable solutions; Mentor product managers and team members, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth; Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans; Represent the organization in internal or cross-functional product forums; Ensure delivery of measurable impact and outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.
