We are looking for an individual to fill a Claim Associate position. The primary responsibility will be to process claim applications, checking for disbursement and handling exceptions as needed.

- Attend to escalated enquiries on claims ">
- Collation of data / information / statistics for regular reporting ">
- Provide administrative support ">
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned ">
Required Skills & Qualifications:
">Applicants should possess at least a Diploma qualification, with prior office or admin experience being desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. A high level of integrity and confidentiality is also required.
