Job Title: Claims Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Administer various tasks such as data entry, documentation, printing, filing, and claims processing.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to obtain quotations for clients.
- Follow up on sent quotations to identify policy renewals or reviews.
- Respond to phone calls and email inquiries regarding general insurance needs.
- Provide assistance with miscellaneous tasks assigned by the team leader.
Requirements
- A minimum of ITE qualifications or higher is required.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Applicants with 1-2 years of working experience are preferred. However, candidates without experience are still encouraged to apply.
- Obtaining a General Insurance Certification would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Fine reading and verbal communication skills in Mandarin are necessary to handle Chinese-speaking clients effectively.
