We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer Full-time Share this The Salween Group is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our agency team in Singapore as Senior Digital Designer. The ideal candidate is a passionate digital native who can produce stunning visual content to support the campaigns we manage for our clients in the B2B tech space across social media, infographics, landing pages and eDMs. B2B marketing is one of the most exciting spaces in the communications industry today. With longer buyer journeys, multiple stakeholders, and multiple touchpoints, marketers have more opportunities to make a difference and drive business impact. The ideal candidate possesses organisational acumen, effective time management skills and proficiency in visual storytelling. Your capacity for efficient teamwork and collaboration with writers, strategists, and the rest of the team is crucial. This role also requires managing the output of a small team of remote digital designers and freelancers. The Candidate Must be a passionate, digital-first creative person who is willing to learn, adapt & create stunning content in the digital realm Will be responsible for designing and executing digital visuals and developing digital assets across a variety of platforms, channels, and mediums Will take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, design colleagues, and content experts to deliver an effective user experience Will use the latest software and applications to design and develop digital solutions Will champion the role of design by collaborating with our broader team on integrated campaigns and solutions Plays well with others Is a lifelong learner The Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a digital designer Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and all relevant digital creation software A broad portfolio that demonstrates expertise across a range of platforms Good understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive design Good design thinking skills, project management skills and attention to detail Experience with short-form video, animation or motion graphics is a plus About Us The Salween Group is a B2B content marketing agency that helps companies build their brands through smart content.
