Job Title: Legal Counsel

Are you a skilled and experienced legal professional looking for a challenging opportunity? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to legal operations , risk management efforts and strategic business objectives and priorities.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts , vendor agreements, and service arrangements.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required.
  • Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates.
  • Providing thought leadership consistent with Organisation's related business objectives, strategies, policies, standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore (or relevant jurisdiction).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in-house or with a reputable law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Managing varied initiatives, substances, and dealings requiring investigation and condensation of relevant laws, regulations, and industry values.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, dynamic, collaborative, and encouraging.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
