Exciting Career Opportunity in Global Markets

We are seeking ambitious students to join our 18-month Graduate Talent Program. This program is designed to help you develop the skills needed to grow your career and introduces you to our firm, providing professional and technical training.

In this role, you will work in our Global Markets business, advising clients and doing everything needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. You will be working with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers, and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing services.

To succeed in this role, you should have values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative. You should also be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

You will graduate by June 2026, with less than two years of work experience, and be open to learning about global market trends. We welcome all majors but it's essential to have an interest in the financial industry.

  • You will extract market moving data from various sources to inform decisions across our Global Markets business.
  • You will provide clients with information about recent market trends and offer trades at the best prices.
