Product Management Advisor

Our team focuses on the development of industry leading, cutting edge keyboards, mice, and stylus pens for our customers across all major markets in the world. We lead and manage the entire product lifecycle from product definition and planning through to mass production and launch. We hold controlling oversight over our entire product portfolio. We’re technical experts in product definition, planning and creation; working in close collaboration with multiple other key functions to bring concepts to reality.

What you’ll achieve

As a global Product Management Advisor (Launch), you will be responsible for developing global Go-To-Market plans, strategies for launching new products & driving business case attainment, define product specifications, crafting positioning documents, performing tactical competitive analysis, and developing customer & press evaluation programs.

You will provide leadership in critical situations, develop forecast assumption packages, drive configuration planning, manage product End of Life (EOL) transitions. And work closely with regional teams to educate, drive product adoption and velocity during the product lifecycle.

You will:

- Manage the entire product line life cycle including EOL planning and transition, sustaining program activities and Program Change Requests (PCR)
- Partner with cross functional teams to enable a successful product development and launch. Focused on articulation of launch plans.
- Support regional PLM & demand supply teams as required on operational excellence KPIs (e.g. business contract attainment, aging inventory, EOL)
- Business Development for new products - identify key markets, customer segments, route to market, partners, campaigns, launch platforms, etc.
- Work closely with regional product managers to develop forecast and drive business attainment and develop & present issues/updates & proposals to executive management

Essential Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of related experience
- Excellent technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality
- Solid grasp of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions
- Excellence in understanding competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for the product

Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree
- Proven experience working on a world-class product
