Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Approach and persuade customers to buy products offered.
- Advice and provide information on products to customers.
- Responsible for arrangement and display of stocks according to popularity and request from the Sales / Marketing team.
- Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.
- Monitor shelves inventory and unload new products when needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store.
- Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
- To assist on other ad-hoc event as and when required.
- Based in retail outlets.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service or sales related roles.
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
- Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints.
- Friendly, warm and outgoing personality.
- Have good verbal communication skills.
- Good physical endurance.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Willing to be based in retail outlets.
- Retirees who are fit and possess good verbal skills are also welcome.
