Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the implementation of strategic projects for University Campus Infrastructure and Administrative Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business objectives align with overall campus strategy.
  • Ensure project delivery targets are met through effective management, user requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment and other essential activities.
  • Develop and review project artefacts and deliverables to guarantee quality and adherence to NUS guidelines and policies.
  • Manage procurement processes including tender specification preparation, vendor evaluation and contract management.
  • Build strong relationships with business users.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 20 years of experience within the IT industry, inclusive of 6 years in a technical role and 10+ years' experience in project management.
  • Ability to manage agile projects and play the Scrum Master role.
  • Familiarity with Dining, Retail & Hospitality, Facilities Booking, Visitor Management systems and knowledge of IoT, Video Analytics, Smart cities solutions will be beneficial.
  • Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, architectures and best practices.
