Softline Account Managerとは
Softline (ソフトライン、以下SL)は、アパレル、シューズ&バッグ、ウォッチ、ジュエリーなどの商品群の総称です。Account Managerとは、出品サービスを検討する販売者の獲得、各種機能の導入提案や、販売促進のためのコンサルテーションなどを行う新規営業担当です。このポジションは、SL商材を販売している販売事業者を対象とするAccount Manager(営業担当)です。
SL Account Managerの役割
新たにAmazon.co.jpへ出品を検討する販売事業者の獲得と、売上高最大化を目標として、迅速に営業活動を行い、結果を出すことが求められています。販売事業者の売上ポテンシャルを最大化するためには、販売実績データの分析を行い、分析結果に基づいて具体的なアクションを提案し、販売事業者に実行していただくことが求められています。
営業戦略の立案、営業成績のタイムリーなモニタリングとリカバリーアクションの策定と実行、継続的な営業プロセス改善、および生産性向上のために必要な技術・ツールの積極的導入、上級管理者への業務報告、活気・情熱あるチームビルディングが求められます。

50%電話・メール・訪問(国内出張含む)を主体とした営業活動と、導入サポート
35%担当企業の売上拡大の為のビジネスサポート
10% 担当商材ジャンルのビジネスオーナーとのミーティングや所属営業チームミーティングへの参加
5% 社内の部署横断プロジェクトへの参加

Core Responsibilities:
Drive FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) selection and Marketplace Prime selection by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective Selling Partners based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs
Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners concurrently and strategically to drive sustainable Sales growth, based on a strong understanding of marketplace programs, tools and processes.
Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the assigned Selling Partners.
Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your Selling Partner portfolio. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
Understand and utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track all pertinent account information and sales progress.
Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace 3rd party services industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competing product offerings.
Key job responsibilities:
3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
