What you will be working on: Attend to guest enquiry, handle public feedback, process refund and assist daily bookings of respective facilities. Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance to financial standard operating procedures. Enforce swimming pool rules and regulations to ensure water safety. Scan the water and surrounding areas to recognise signs of danger, unsafe behaviour and water conditions to prevent incidents. Support swimming pool pump room operations and work with Facilities Management team to ensure pump room equipment are functional. Assist in land rescue by administering first aid / CPR / AED and caring for the victim if required. Assist in the daily gym operations and provide guidance to part‐time staff to ensure service excellence delivery. Conduct simple fitness and exercise programmes. Support the planning of programmes and promote programmes and events happening across ActiveSG. Liaise with external instructors, ensuring adequate time is scheduled for members to sign up for programmes. Prepare and set up venues prior to major events/competitions and ensure all facilities and equipment are ready for use. Perform any other ad‐hoc matters. What we are looking for: We are looking for self‐motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. Applicants with no working experience may apply. Job Requirements: Qualification in Fitness Studies / Sports Management is advantageous. A valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) credential is advantageous. Customer‐centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong standards towards customer safety in line with our SOP. Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays. Well‐organised and able to multi‐task. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3‐year contract in the first instance.
