Proposal Development:
Manage end-to-end proposal preparation, ensuring alignment with
RFP/RFQ requirements, technical specifications, and submission deadlines .
Stakeholder Engagement:

Technical Expertise:
Provide

Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree
in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience
in the water treatment or environmental engineering industry, with a focus on
oil & gas projects .
Proven track record in
process design
and
proposal management
within the water treatment sector.
Strong knowledge of
water treatment technologies, process engineering principles, and industry regulations .
Excellent
leadership and people management skills , with the ability to mentor and manage a team of proposal engineers.
Strong
written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a
deadline-driven environment .
