We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us as a Human Resource Executive. The successful candidate will provide a full range of HR guidance and support to the business units which includes activities such as employee life cycle management and talent acquisition for operations levels.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle full cycle of employment process including job postings, short listings, co-ordinating interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
Work with various authorities or agencies to organise, attend recruitment mass walk-ins, roadshows and career fairs
Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance - EP, WP and SP application.
Partner and support other departments in manpower needs; work closely with Operations Management team to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
Update and maintain employees' personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Support in HR team in employment act compliance and support in employee welfare reviews etc.
Take on any other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management preferred
Prior work experience in recruitment functions from fast pace multi-stores retail or FMCG sectors preferred
Knowledgeable in MS Office: MS Excel (ie. Pivot table, formulas)
