Job Role:

Executive Search Professional

  • Develop strategic partnerships with C-level professionals to drive business growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, securing lucrative clients and tenders.
  • Offer bespoke solutions and advisory services to clients, leveraging expertise in executive search and recruitment.
  • Lead executive search projects from initial consultation to successful candidate placement and integration.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events, fostering a positive reputation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Foster relationships with local business leaders and cultivate existing client connections.
  • Candidate Relationship Building: Develop a professional network among C-level professionals, establishing credibility and trust.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and optimize new business prospects, securing long-term client relationships.
  • Executive Search: Manage complex search projects, ensuring seamless candidate integration and client satisfaction.
  • Representation: Promote the organization's brand and values through high-profile representation at industry events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At Least 6 Years of Business Experience in Executive Search or a Combination of Business & Recruitment Expertise.
  • A Proven Track Record of Delivering Revenue Targets with Strong Financial Acumen.
  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills with an Excellent Customer Service Attitude.
  • Outstanding Relationship Building, Consultative, and Influencing Skills.
  • Ability to Influence Executives and Provide Strategic Guidance.
  • Demonstrates Flexibility and Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment.
