2 years contract - renewable / convertible This multifaceted role oversees a team of executives and non-executives to ensure smooth warehouse and operational performance. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining quality standards, ensuring inventory accuracy, and managing end-to-end support functions in HR, finance, and procurement, while coordinating closely with headquarters to achieve overall operational efficiency. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, quality assurance, or business administration. Hands‐on experience in warehouse or logistics environments preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems will be an advantage. Responsibilities Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality control procedures, conduct regular audits, and maintain compliance documentation in accordance with company standards. Inventory & Stock Management: Lead periodic stocktakes, investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, and generate accurate inventory reports for management review. Warehouse & Logistics Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient goods movement, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy. Administrative Support HR Supervise onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and support payroll documentation. Finance Manage expense processing, petty cash reconciliation, and assist with budget tracking. Procurement Oversee purchase order tracking, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely coordination with headquarters for purchasing and delivery matters.
