We're Hiring: IT HelpdeskWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Helpdesk professional to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT support processes and be committed to providing exceptional customer service to resolve technical issues efficiently. Location: Singapore, Singapore Work Mode: Work From Office Role: IT Helpdesk What You'll Do Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems promptly Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions Assist with software installations and upgrades Monitor system performance and report on issues as necessary Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT helpdesk or support role Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus Ready to make an impact?Apply now and let's grow together#J-18808-Ljbffr
