Responsibilities : Conduct product training sessions focused on Brandt and De Dietrich home appliances for customers, partners, and internal staff, both locally and in export markets as necessary. Demonstrate product features and benefits during customer presentations, events, trade shows, in-home demonstrations, in-store promotions, and other relevant settings. Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos, tailored to our appliance offerings. Stay updated on product developments within the home appliances sector and incorporate new features into training sessions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align training with product positioning and customer needs. Assist the marketing department with administrative and showroom management duties. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer and trainee insights. Support the development of online training resources specific to our home appliance products. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing support to sales teams and answering product-related queries. Regularly assess and suggest improvements to training programs to enhance outcomes and customer satisfaction. Requirements : Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the home appliances industry. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in creating training materials and using multimedia tools. Willingness to travel for customer training and events. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Extensive knowledge of Brandt and De Dietrich home appliances. Ability to assess and improve training programs for better outcomes and customer satisfaction. Additional Information : Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9am-6pm)Might require travelling overseas #J-18808-Ljbffr
