Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing partnerships with corporations, faith-based groups, schools, and communities to promote our programmes and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to achieve organisational goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute outreach activities, including meetings, presentations, talks, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of partnerships and outreach activities.

Requirements:

  • Possesses at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, counselling, social work or psychology.
  • Has at least 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development or mental health related fields.
  • Possesses good organisational, communication, networking and administrative skills.
  • Capable of innovative and strategic thinking beyond conventional boundaries.
  • Results-oriented and is comfortable in working independently.
  • Works with others in a collaborative and solutions-focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Proficient in the English Language and has good writing skills.
  • Good sense of integrity and displays sincerity when dealing with stakeholders.
  • Has the passion and dedication to work with families and persons with mental health issues.
