Roles & Responsibilities
  • Proficinet Autocad Drawing

  • Provide first and second level support for internal network and voice infrastructure, as well as technical support to resolve any network and voice-related issues.
  • Proficient in supporting Teams Phone, conducting network security reviews, patching, and audits. Responsibilities include configuring firewall rules, reviewing logs, and managing perimeter security.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly security reports. Review and recommend processes to manage operations efficiently.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage budgets related operations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on system performance, incidents, changes, and compliance.
