Overview
Senior HR Operations Specialist – Technology / Software at Randstad Singapore. The role focuses on HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, business partnering and HR projects to drive HR excellence within the Singapore office. Reporting into the Regional HR Director with potential to manage a regional SEA portfolio.
Responsibilities
Managing the full spectrum of HR operations functions including onboarding / offboarding, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, HR projects
Ensure strong accuracy of payroll administration for the Singapore office across 2 cycles per month
Updating HR policies and handbooks on a need basis
Partnering with the HR Director and business leaders on HR projects to ensure HR strategies and people agenda are aligned with business objectives
Qualifications / Skills
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Min. 5 years Human Resources experience; prior experience within MNCs preferred
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Singapore
Experience in change management and HR projects is a plus
Track record in data accuracy and sensitive to numbers with strong analytical skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in WorkDay, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PPT and pivot tables
