Senior HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational activities and ensuring they meet the required standards.

This position requires a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide professional advice on HR matters.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR operational activities according to existing HR policies and SOPs
  • Suggest and implement improvements to HR processes, policies, and technologies
  • Support the implementation of new company policies by developing processes and systems
  • Provide professional advice on HR matters
  • Lead and/or participate in HR projects, events, and committees as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min Degree in Human Resources or similar
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
