At PANDA Snacks , we're on a mission to bring delightful flavors and premium-quality snacks to everyday life. As our team grows, we're looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our passionate, fast-moving team and take full ownership of HR operations in Singapore.
What You'll DoAs our Senior HR Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all things people-related, covering the entire employee lifecycle , from recruitment to payroll and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities :

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance

Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy of salary, claims, and statutory contributions

Draft and manage employment contracts , letters, and HR documentation
-
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore labour laws
-
Be a trusted contact for all employee relations matters and internal communications

Support organizational growth by improving HR systems, reporting, and SOPs

Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist role

Solid knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and payroll practices

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills — someone people trust and turn to

Detail-oriented with a passion for operational excellence

Proactive mindset, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: Experience in retail/F&B environment or handling Work Pass applications
