Position Summary Join our team at Hex Trust as a Senior Staking Sales Specialist , spearheading market entry for our staking solutions. Core responsibility: establish connections with institutional investors and funds, introduce them to Hex Trust’s innovative staking services. Duties & Responsibilities Market Penetration Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive market penetration strategy for staking services, focusing on key segments and identifying potential clients. Sales Cycle Management : Lead the sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client needs. Client Acquisition : Identify, approach, and onboard institutional investors and funds, building a robust pipeline of prospects and fostering strong relationships. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with marketing and product teams to tailor staking solutions that align with market demands. Performance Reporting : Deliver regular progress reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives, adapting strategies as necessary. Market Intelligence Gathering : Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and client insights, to inform strategic decisions and guide product development. Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales with a demonstrated track record of success in fund sales. Prior experience in a client-facing role at a staking firm or custodian is preferred. In-depth understanding of the staking industry and its broader crypto ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in presenting complex information. Self-motivation and strategic thinking, able to operate independently in a dynamic industry. Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply; those with less experience may be considered at a slightly lower seniority level.
