Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a collaborative and person-centred approach to therapeutic planning, intervention, and evaluation ">
  • Manage caseloads of therapists and psychologists, ensuring compliance with guidelines and work plans ">
  • Support Director in conceptualising and driving strategic initiatives to advance outcomes and contribute to overall strategies ">
  • Regularly review and revise strategies and tactics in response to internal and external developments ">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Recognised degree or Master's degree in a relevant discipline ">
  • Registered with AHPC or Singapore Psychological Society ">
  • Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, preferably working with persons with disabilities and at least 5 years in a SPED setting ">
  • Demonstrated ability in administering programs and managing teams ">
  • Only Singaporeans and PRs eligible ">
