Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Nursing Home)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced occupational therapist to fill this role. As an OT, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant standards of practice and regulations, conducting thorough assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to conduct occupational therapy programmes and activities, participate in meetings, and maintain accurate records of services performed.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will also supervise and train junior staff, manage resources efficiently, and implement quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery.

Please note that the role requires flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and willingness to travel across Singapore.
