A leading healthcare organization is looking for an
Assistant Manager
to support strategic planning, organizational development, and performance management. This role involves coordinating key initiatives, supporting leadership discussions, and ensuring seamless corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Development:
Assist in planning and implementing workplans aligned with healthcare policies and organizational strategies.
Conduct research, prepare presentation materials, and support management retreats.
Organize activities to enhance the positioning and growth of healthcare initiatives.
Secretariat & Meeting Coordination:
Facilitate meetings by ensuring smooth proceedings, logistics, and quorum.
Prepare accurate meeting minutes and documentation for timely approval.
Workplanning & Budgeting:
Coordinate strategic meetings and planning cycles to align with organizational objectives.
Work with management and finance teams to consolidate resource requirements and budget planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to
multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment .
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in
secretarial work or the healthcare sector
is an advantage.
