Planning and Execution
The new member will work alongside the existing team and support some of the following roles:

• Managing new/existing programmes involving local and international students and entrepreneurs, including the administration of student-related matters, and possibly support internship placements, companies' engagement, etc.
• Support the running of new programmes/initiatives involving international students/startups and other partners.
• Building the community of programme participants, alumni and partners through various engagement platforms and activities.
• Expanding network and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders involved in the various programmes and initiatives.
• Planning and overseeing marketing and outreach for new programmes/projects and creating pipeline for potential participants pool.
• Planning and organising outreach activities to grow network of startups and partners for future participation or collaboration.
• Developing and managing shared work processes and knowledge/data depositories relating to the programmes and initiatives

This is an hourly rated position.
Qualifications
Planning and Execution

• Diploma holders with at least 3-5 years working experience.
• Recent degree holders who graduated within the past 1-2 years are also welcome to apply.
• Proven project/programme management skills.
• Entrepreneurial experience and knowledge on entrepreneurial trends in Singapore and globally would be an advantage, but not a must.
• Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, have broad background to understand innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Resourceful and comfortable in fast changing environment.
• Effective team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - good grasp of written and spoken English, good knowledge of secondary language will be an advantage.
• Outgoing personality who enjoys building and growing network of connections with students, startups, corporates, ecosystem builders, etc
