We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our projects with procurement and administrative duties. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, staff, and external parties to facilitate the smooth execution of projects.

  • Support project management by providing administrative assistance, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining databases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to achieve project goals, ensuring timely communication and information dissemination.
  • Assist in organizing council committees and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in government administration and procurement.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in project management, procurement, and administration.
