We are seeking an established Assistant Director of Marketing Communications (Marcomms) to join our team at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. Playing a strategic and pivotal role, the incumbent will formulate and execute the Resort's marketing and communication strategies to further strengthen brand presence, working closely with other departments to ensure strategic and effective positioning of the brand. Key Responsibilities Formulate strategies to position the brand, strengthen awareness, and establish a lasting digital connection with consumers while ensuring consistency across all channels. Develop initiatives to strengthen the Resort's presence on social media and all online channels, including third‐party websites, launching optimized online adverts, newsletters, and promotional emails. Measure the performance of the Resort's digital marketing channels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis and prepare monthly performance reports. Collaborate with other departments and stay informed of resort activities that can be used for promotional and brand‐strengthening purposes. Coordinate with hotel partners to co‐promotion programs. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or full professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 7 to 10 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies. In‐depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, with the ability to analyze data and propose relevant initiatives and interventions. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle matters independently and exercise self‐motivation to initiate and complete projects.
