**Our client, Public Healthcare Institute is looking for a Assistant Manager (Fund Development) to join their team.
As a Fundraising and Marcoms Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualising, developing and implementing digital marketing and communications strategies to raise funds. You will take the lead in running online fundraising campaigns and events to actively seek donors and partners to meet our yearly fundraising targets. You will also be in charge of content creation, updates, collaterals as well as donors’ reports for regular engagements with donors and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for developing an annual online fundraising strategy and working with stakeholders to achieve the financial and non-financial goals through targeted donor acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Manage marketing communications of all media channels including broadcast, digital, event and print.
- Develop and executefundraising marketing position and messaging
- Generate and analyse fundraising data from campaigns and events to track and report on the outcome and its effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations or similar discipline.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience working in fundraising, business development or other relevant fields.
- A highly personable and resourceful person with strong leadership and excellent negotiation skills
- Strong teamwork with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in digital marketing, graphics, web content management, social media, CRM and/or Canva software is preferred. Independent, self-motivated and objective driven with passion for social causes.
